This boutique hotel has recently opened, so it’s extremely clean, and the building, which is a renovated old structure, has a beautifully charming atmosphere. The location is the best thing, literally 2 minutes walking to Rasht Bazaar and Rasht Municipality Square. They don't have their own parking but there is parking right across the building for an additional fee. The interior design of both the rooms and the courtyard is very well done. I deducted one star mainly due to the breakfast choices were limited, considering that boutique hotels usually have higher expectations in terms of hospitality, my expectations weren’t fully met (For instance, coffee wasn’t served at breakfast and the juice was not natural; it was packaged juice,..) but I believe this is because it’s still new and they haven’t fully set up their facilities yet. I hope they improve this in the future. However, aside from that, everything else was great, and the owners were very nice and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Rasht.
