در کل، ACE Hardware افغانستان به‌عنوان فروشگاهی پر از ابزار و لوازم بهسازی، خیلی‌ها رو با کیفیت بالا، تنوع زیاد و پرسنلی که همیشه کمک می‌کنن، جذب کرده؛ اما قیمت‌ها به‌طور معمول بالاست و بعضی مشتریان حتی از این‌که یه جعبه ابزار ناقص دریافت می‌کنن، ناراضی بوده‌اند. همچنین، پیدا کردن این فروشگاه گاهی می‌تونه چالش‌برانگیز باشه، ولی وقتی وارد می‌شید، محیط تمیز و گزینه‌های فراوانی رو می‌بینید و اکثر بازدیدکننده‌ها با رضایت از خرید خود برمی‌گردن.

While Ace Hardware in Kabul doesn’t stock as extensively as it once did, the quality of what they do have remains top-notch. I’ve been a loyal customer for years. I often end up finding products I didn’t even know I needed! The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable, and they do their best to create positive shopping experiences for customers.

I have been a loyal customer of Ace Hardware in Kabul for years, valuing the store for its reliable, high‑quality products. Because of that trust, I recently purchased a toolbox of wrenches and sockets for 4,000 AFN without inspecting the contents in the store. Unfortunately, when I opened the box at home, I discovered that several pieces were missing. Paying 4,000 AFN for an incomplete set was disappointing and frustrating, especially given my previous confidence in the brand. This experience has significantly weakened my trust in Ace Hardware’s quality control. I can no longer recommend the store until I see improvements in product verification and customer service. I hope management addresses this issue to restore the reputation it once held.
